MY STORY

I have tried about every diet I could think of. I was coming up on my 49th birthday and no matter what I was gaining weight. I realized the pre menopause effects were setting in. I had plans to go to Key West for my big 50 so I had to figure it out!

I decided to give keto a try after all the bad things I heard, I figured diet pills and being overweight were worse than the keto diet, (vegetables, protein, cheese) all sounded great to me!

I’m happy to report I lost the body fat, 45 pounds worth and I was able to wear that bikini on my 50th birthday. My cholesterol is lower, my energy has been amazing, and I work the red eye shifts, I used to fall asleep driving home… Not any more!

As they say everything is a process. In the process I learned so many things I was doing wrong and keeping my body in ketosis was the key to fighting my unwanted fat.
